This Privacy Policy explains how Afiliada Master ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects information in connection with our website www.afiliadamaster.online and our internal Google Ads management tool (the "Tool").

1. Who the Tool is for

The Tool is used only by authorized Afiliada Master team members to manage Google Ads accounts owned and operated by Afiliada Master. It is not offered to the public or to third-party advertisers.

2. Information we access from Google

When an authorized user signs in with Google and grants access, the Tool requests the Google Ads API scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. With this permission the Tool accesses:

• Basic Google account information needed for sign-in (name, email address);
• Google Ads account identifiers and the list of accessible accounts;
• Campaign, ad group, keyword, ad and asset settings;
• Performance statistics such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and search terms.

3. How we use this information

Information is used only to provide the Tool's features: reporting, account and campaign creation, campaign management, keyword research, optimization alerts, internal automation of repetitive tasks and change logging for our own Google Ads accounts. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, credit decisions or any purpose unrelated to the Tool.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy – Limited Use

Afiliada Master's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only use Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features of the Tool;
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide the Tool, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to users;
• We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements;
• Google Ads data is viewed only by the authorized team members who manage those accounts, which is the purpose the user consented to; no one else reads it unless necessary for security purposes or to comply with law.

5. Sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent or trade any personal information or Google Ads data. Data is not shared with third parties except service providers that host or process data on our behalf (such as cloud hosting and software tools used to run the Tool), bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations and only for the purposes described here, or when required by law.

6. Storage, security and retention

OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted and are accessible only to the Tool. Report data is stored on access-controlled systems and retained only as long as needed for reporting and auditing (up to 24 months), after which it is deleted. All connections to Google use HTTPS/TLS.

7. Revoking access and deleting data

You may revoke the Tool's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of any stored data, email claudinhagoulart@afiliadamaster.online; we will delete it within 30 days.

8. Website visitors

This website does not require registration and does not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and maintenance.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under Brazil's LGPD or the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, or object to its processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
