1. Acceptance
By accessing www.afiliadamaster.online or using the Afiliada Master internal Google Ads tool (the "Tool"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the Tool.
2. Authorized use
The Tool is for internal use by authorized Afiliada Master team members only, to manage Google Ads accounts owned by Afiliada Master. Access credentials must not be shared. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
3. Google services
The Tool uses the Google Ads API. Use of Google Ads is also subject to the Google Ads Terms, the Google Ads policies and the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions. Users must comply with them at all times.
4. Responsibilities
Users are responsible for reviewing every change before it is applied to a Google Ads account, including budgets, bids and ad content. Advertising spend is governed by the billing settings of each Google Ads account.
5. Data and privacy
Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The website content and the Tool are owned by Afiliada Master. Google and Google Ads are trademarks of Google LLC; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and Tool are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afiliada Master is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or advertising results.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Tool at any time, for example if these Terms are violated.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
